The “Beach Polo World Masters” on the beach of Warnemünde prove – Mecklenburg-Vorpommern not only has sporting competitions on the water, but also on land to offer. For the second time already, visitors from the Baltic Sea and the historic spa architecture will be able to admire international top teams, who compete against each other on a 80-by-30-meter polo course.

The tournament combines three things, which are without doubt M-V. A big heart for horse breeding, horse sport and horse tourism is also a responsibility for a Minister for Agriculture, Environment and Consumer Protection! All the more, I am delighted to be the patron of this exciting outdoor experience, to win the tournament’s winners, and I hope to welcome the one or the other from last year to our country and perhaps to this tournament.
